Raj spearheaded corporate Change Management program to make HCL an efficient organization. Raj architected the program for HCL with targeted savings through operation efficiency. The program called BOOST over three years improved Utilization by around 8%, the profitability of the company improved by 10% during this period, making it one of the most efficient/profitable organization. The program created Standard Processes for measurement, reporting, identification of inefficient areas, working with delivery leaders to plug gaps & goal setting on various Workforce Optimization parameters.
Sanjay headed the Workforce Planning & Analytics global delivery for Ericsson and previously worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Planning Head in the HCL’s Corporate initiative of Workforce Planning Cell. Sanjay has played instrumental role in convincing delivery leadership on how the workforce initiatives would improve their business objectives (bottom and top lines). This required use of financial modeling techniques translating impact of each initiative into financial benefits. Sanjay has significant delivery experience which helped him understand the problems faced by project managers and create practical solutions for implementations.

I am pleased to inform you that OptiEdge, ERP For People Industry has won the Third Prize in the Global competition at Ericsson Garage Start-up Challenge 2017. The Prize in Ericsson Garage Startup Challenge 2017 has been awarded to OptiEdge for displaying strength in the areas of Innovation, Business Potential and Sustainability Impact it can bring to companies across the globe.
The selection process involved shortlisting into 9 Finalists from the online enrolment by more than 150 startups globally. The Finalists were invited to Ericsson headquarters at Kista, Stockholm, Sweden for final presentation and the decision was made by the distinguished Jury (Dragon Den) of Borje Ekholm, CEO, Ericsson AB, Tanya Marvin-Horowitz, Co-partner and Managing Partner Cap A, Partner Butterfly Ventures and Ville Heikkinen, Partner Butterfly Ventures.
